This is then combined with our detailed pictures to create a very professional and highly effective eBay listing of your item.
Once your item’s auction is launched, we email you the link so that you can watch the progress. |

| Dealing With Your Buyers Enquiries |
| During an auction, interested buyers may have certain questions about your item. We ensure all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. |

| Coordinate the Transaction with the Winning Bidder |
| Once the auction is complete, we collect and process the buyer’s payment for your item. All fees associated with the transaction are paid. |

| Package and Send |
| Once payment has been processed we securely pack your item and ship it via our courier service or Australia Post. If the buyer chooses to pick up the item, we coordinate this with the buyer. |

| You Get Your Money |
| We deposit your money (minus our commissions) into your nominated bank account approximately 7 days after the buyer has received your item. All of our buyers are offered a 7 day return option only if the item was misrepresented in the listing. To avoid any returns, please ensure you provide correct details of your item when submitting it to us. |
